Hair extensions: Extensions are made to order and sold as pre-orders. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping is free.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (or within 3 weeks for extensions), please contact us.

Returns postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
