Returns Policy — SF Bespoke Hair Extensions

At SF Bespoke, every order is prepared with care. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Postage: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, we will offer an exchange. Contact us within 7 days with details of the fault.

Items That Cannot Be Returned: Hair extensions with the tags removed, any product with packaging opened or tags removed, products returned with little or no product remaining, and damaged products.
