Returns Policy — SF Bespoke Hair Extensions

At SF Bespoke, every order is prepared with care. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Postage: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty product, we will offer an exchange. Contact us within 7 days with details of the fault.

Items That Cannot Be Returned: Hair extensions with the tags removed, any product with packaging opened or tags removed, products returned with little or no product remaining, and damaged products.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs are refunded if the item was faulty.
